Squier by Fender Affinity Series Stratocaster is a solid-body electric guitar featuring a black gloss finish on a solid wood body. The instrument is constructed with a bolt-on maple neck and a dark wood fingerboard featuring white dot position inlays. The electronics configuration consists of three single-coil pickups, a five-way blade selector switch, one master volume knob, and two tone knobs. Hardware includes a chrome-finished six-saddle synchronized tremolo bridge and enclosed die-cast tuning machines. The front of the headstock is marked with the Squier by Fender logo, the STRAT model name, and the Affinity series designation. The reverse of the headstock is marked Designed and Backed by Fender and Crafted in Indonesia with serial number ICS09014314. The chrome neck plate is engraved with the Squier script logo.
